Big Canoe Rentals Enjoy Winter Weather

By admin | February 28, 2008

Snow in Big Canoe

Some of the folks that had come to visit the North Georgia community of Big Canoe were surprised to wake-up Wednesday morning to a light dusting of snow covering the early spring landscape.  While flurries had been forecast, Mother Nature gave us a little extra winter weather to enjoy.  I know our kids were out early sledding down our quiet street, and it really was a beautiful snowfall.  For those of you worried about getting snowed-in here in the North Georgia mountains, keep in mind that the community of Big Canoe really stays on top of salting and clearing the roads.  Our rentals in Big Canoe have been active, and many of our renters enjoyed being tucked away in their cozy cabins with a fire burning while the snow came down outside!  Contact us at (770) 655-4303 for more information or email us.
