Big Canoe Clubhouse is Up and Running

I am proud to say that I was one of the first visitors to the new Big Canoe clubhousefor the opening ceremony. It was a “Big Ta-Do” in Big Canoe! We were able to sample some fabulous food and tour this amazing facility. The front entrance and hallway is breathtaking with soaring cathedral ceilings and fabulous decor. The dining room with it’s open views of Lake Sconti and the mountains of Big Canoe is very inviting. We have been to eat lunch on 3 occasions so far and each time the food was great and the wait was short. I enjoyed walking around and looking at all the artwork in the building. The Black Bear Pub is also located on the main floor and features a short but super menu. The atmosphere is more laid back and it would be a fun place to bring friends after a fun day of golfing, swimming, hiking, and/or tennis!
All guests are welcome to the club and the dress code is country club casual. There is a golf pro-shop on the terrace level so be sure to stop in for some shopping!! Keep in mind that if you are visiting during a holiday it is a good idea to make reservations for dinner.
