  • Floor 2 - bedroom 1 with king bed, and loft bedroom with queen sofa bed and two rollaway beds- shared full bath
  • Luxuries include-Televisions/ DVD in every bedroom, Hot tub for four on private master deck, Wood burning fireplace in cathedral ceiling den and 42" plasma television
  • House on private street with cul de sac for 4 cars, Beautiful clearly marked trails to waterfalls and amenities directly behind house. Enjoy abundant wildlife
  • Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
Availability:
Prime Season Rates
March 1 through October 31
  • $200 per night.
  • $1400 per week.
Off Season Rates
November 1 through February 28
  • $175 per night.
  • $1225 per week.
Holiday Rates
  • Holidays are considered In Season Rates. Minimum stay 2 nights.
  • $200 night, 1400 week $500
Special Rates
  • Jan 15 through March 11 Off season 450 2 night minimum or 500 for 3 nights
Deposit, Cleaning, and Pet Terms
  • Pets are $50 fee - small dogs only
  • $250 refundable security deposit
  • Add $100 cleaning fee to rates
  • 50% payment at reservation, remainder 30 days prior to visit. Full refund up to 30 days prior to visit
