Accomodations:
  • Accomodates up to 8 people comfortably.
  • Birds Eye View is situated at the very top of a mountain ridge in the gated mountain community of Big Canoe in the North Georgia Mountains. This beautiful 4,000 sq. ft. mountain home is on a private wooded lot with spectacular long-range views (from multiple rooms and decks) of the mountains and surrounding farmland.
  • The main level has a great room with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace a fully-equipped kitchen a dining table that seats eight; a huge master bedroom suite with an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed; a full-bath; and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Loft overlooks Great room w/ tv twin beds. Child friendly.
  • Birds Eye View is on a ridge, so there is almost always a breeze. If it gets too chilly, throw a couple of logs on the copper fire pit for warmth. The deck wraps around to the side screened porch which has another table for dining (also accessible from dining area) and a teak bar.
  • The view is also spectacular from the master suite. The master bedroom with a king-size bed has a sitting room with a stacked stone fireplace, an entire wall of windows, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the back deck. The master bath and office complete the master suite.
  • The terrace level has a billiards room with cedar walls, a full-sized pool table, and sliding glass doors that open onto a large deck with a six-person hot tub and a magnificent view. Also downstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed (also with sliding glass doors onto deck) and a full bath.
